

Whitehaven - Surplus Equipment Sale
All equipment sold onsite is offered "As Is, Where Is".
No sale will be voided due to inaccuracies in descriptions or documentation.
All removal and dismantling costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Inspection dates and demobilisation windows for both sites can be arranged with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Asset removal must be completed within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Buyers are responsible for organising and covering all dismantling, transport, and associated costs.
- Whitehaven will provide a designated dismantling area onsite.
BUYERS MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN AUTHORISATION TO COLLECT & MUST COMPLETE A FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT SITE.
BUYERS MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE PICK UP OR RISK BEING TURNED AWAY.
NO PICK UPS OR ACCESS TO SITE OUTSIDE APPROVED TIMES.
